Ways of getting writing

Just a Monday morning’s musings really. I’ve been writing plenty, but finding my own fiction always falling off the end of my to-do list lately. Even to the extent of not doing my homework for my writing group.

I’m determined to get going again. I’ve made a commitment to a get my first novella written this year!

I find photo prompts useful. Along short deadlines. Yesterday  I found The Angry Hourglass, a website where you are invited to respond to a photo prompt in 36 hours. So I wrote something. Hurrah!

I’m also going to go back to the site With Painted Words, which offers a monthly photo prompt.

And this morning I’m heading out to a local café with my writing book.

Happy Writing, fellow bloggers and readers!
