It’s an exciting week

With National Flash Fiction Day coming up in the UK on Wednesday it’s an exciting week. I’ve got a flash called The nun and I going up on the NFFD blog at 8am on the day. Also, my story The trouble with Sydney has been accepted for the Raging Aardvark anthology coming out that day.

There are going to be so many stories to enjoy. Plus our event in Abergavenny on Wednesday evening at which the winners of our Flash Fiction competition will be announced. 7.30pm at The King’s Head – all welcome!

Cath Barton is an English writer who lives in South Wales. In June 2017 she was awarded the New Welsh Writing AmeriCymru Prize for the Novella, and her novella The Plankton Collector will be published by New Welsh Review in September 2018. She is a 2018 Literature Wales mentee, working on a collection of short stories inspired by the paintings and drawings of Hieronymus Bosch.
